Hello, Friend. As as supporter of Family Life Services, you play an important role in helping us save lives and build families. Through donations like yours, we can continue our mission to do these things and more! We have updated our electronic giving page to provide an easier method of processing your generous donations. It’s the same processor company but we have elected to embed our donor platform on our secure website server. This only affects how the giving portal looks. You now stay on our website and your current giving history will still be accessible.
People who have given online before.
If you have given online before and already set up a user email and password, click on SIGN IN.
If you have never used our eGiving online donation processing before, complete all the contact information in the form and check whether you’d like to receive our newsletter. Then go to the donation information below and follow the instructions below for one-time or recurring donations.
For one-time donations
For a One-Time donation, click on the Fund drop down box and choose the fund in which you wish to donate and enter the amount. Check the box if you wish to make it a recurring gift. Then click Submit and you’re done!
For Recurring Donations
To create a new recurring gift follow the steps below.
- Choose the fund name
- Add the amount
- Click to MAKE THIS GIFT RECURRING
- If you do not have a profile set up, it will prompt you to REGISTER
- Choose FREQUENCY and the START DATE
- Enter your method of payment
- Click “Give Now” if the amount and frequency is correct. Simple!
An email will be sent confirming the information of your Recurring Gift as well as a separate email with your Login information.
Online Giving ~ Donor “How-To” FAQ’s
Is my giving information secure?
Absolutely. Any personal or financial information you enter is encrypted using SSL security – the same state-of-the-art security measures used by online retailers, banks, and other financial institutions.
What Payment Methods do you Accept?
We accept donations from credit/debit cards as well as your Bank Account (our recommendation). While we’re happy to accept your donation by any means, Bank Account donations cost significantly less, allowing more of your gift to go towards ministry.
Do I need to Create an Account?
No. That said, we do recommend creating one so that you can view your online giving history. Also, you will be asked to create an account if you’d like to setup recurring donations.
Will I Receive a Receipt When I Give Online?
Yes. You will be emailed a donation receipt each time you give. Again, we recommend creating an account so you can view all your online giving history.
Is there a minimum or maximum I can give online?
No. That said, for very large gifts, we recommend you contact us to ensure your gift is processed in a timely fashion. (Our internal giving security can flag large donations for security reasons).
